Maple sugar is made out of maple syrup. It takes two kg of single source maple syrup to produce 1kg of single source maple sugar. Maple sugar comes naturally granulated. 47° North maple sugar and syrup is produced on a family run farm deep in the woods of New Brunswick.

Use as a direct substitute for granulated sugar in recipes. For best results, measure using the same volume as you would granulated sugar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
