Simply mix the white chocolate mousse powder with milk and put in the fridge. This economical bag would make an average of 36 servings.

Ingredients

White Chocolate 58.5% (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Milk Proteins, Emulsifier: E471, Emulsifier: E472a, Stabiliser: E340II, Colour: E160a.

Directions

Dissolve the contents of the bag on 1 litre of milk and beat the highest level for 5 minutes. Fill cups or glasses and portion for about 6 hours in the fridge or cool with a spoon on on the dessert plate. Before cooling, fill with glass mousses to create a airy and loose texture. The portioning should be carried out when the mousse becomes slightly stronger.
