Coppola Peeled Plum Tomatoes are naturally full of flavour. They are made with selected plum tomatoes varieties, grown in sunny and fertile Southern Italy. These tomatoes are at their full ripening between the summer months of August and September when they are harvested, attentively sorted, steam peeled and packed in tomato juice. Awarded 1 star at Great Taste Awards: Judges commented “Good plump tomatoes with a nice colour. The tomatoes had been sensitively handled, properly peeled and gently cooked. Natural tomato flavour with the right balance of sweetness and acidity."
