English: Laminated gelatin from inkafoods is a protein of pure collagen and neutral taste. Ingredient: 100% bovine gelatine - Halal and kosher. Use: 12 sheets of gelatin to gel with 1 liter of liquid. Introduce the sheets for 5 - 7 minutes in cold water. Remove them from the water and squeeze them gently to remove excess water. Hot dishes: add the squeezed gelatin and stir until slightly dissolved. Cold preparations: add the gelatine in sheets in water and heat to a slow heat and stir gently until completely dissolved. (do not boil). Then slowly add the cold mixture to the gelatin. Never do it in the opposite direction. Allow the whole mixture to cool for at least 4 hours before serving. Store in a dry place with no odors. Gelatin is suitable for human consumption.
