Hestia Herbs Horeca Greek Chamomile (Flowers) is the Hestia Herb's newest launched herb, cultived in open field in Thessaly, central Greece, and afterwards sundried in order to preserve all of their natural qualities. It is free of GMO and rich in phytonutrients, which shows that plant compounds have beneficial effects on human health. Chamomile constitutes a good source of vitamin C being necessary for immune system function and collagen synthesis. To use the chamomile, tea is the most common way to do so by placing those dried chamomile flowers in a tea infuser or tea ball. Then step it in about 230 ml of hot water for 5-10 minutes in a mug. Despite its mild and pleasant flavour and aroma, you can add some honey or lemon juice for extra flavour.
