Greek Mountain Tea, the herb genus Sideritis, survives on rocky slopes, poor soil, drought, and even low temperatures. With its unique floral and lemon aroma and vibrant, light herbal flavour, its flowering stems are traditionally used in herbal teas. Our product consists of 100% Sideritis flowering stems from two distinct varieties, organically cultivated at high altitudes across the Greek mountainsides: Sideritis scardica and S. raeseri, commonly known as Olympus Mountain Tea and Parnassus Mountain Tea, respectively.

Directions

Brew 1 teaspoon of tea in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold, plain or with a touch of honey and a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
