His syrups are designed to create memorable flavoured coffees, or for adding a splash of flavour to hot chocolates, smoothies or frappes. Why not use them to make Italian sodas and milkshakes too. With Sweetbird’s range of syrups at your fingertips you can whip up thrilling new flavour combinations as well as the favourites. They're also a bit special as they’re approved by the Vegan Society for Vegetarians and Vegans. Each 1 litre bottle contains 133 shots (when using the Sweetbird Syrup pump).

Ingredients

Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar, Water, Acidifier: citric acid, Flavouring, Colour: plain caramel.

Directions

Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Frappe or Smoothie: Sweetbird recommends you use 15ml of syrup for a 12oz drink. When flavouring a coffee or hot chocolate, add the syrup into the cup first. If blending with a frappe or smoothie, add the syrup to the ingredients before blending. Italian Sodas: Sweetbird recommends you use 22.5ml of syrup. Add syrup into glass, top with sparkling water and finish with a few ice cubes. Enjoy!
