The drink is shelf-stable thanks to flash pasteurisation, so you won't find preservatives listed in the ingredients. It’s shelf-stable unopened and can last up to 12 months. Its recommended to be chilled before serving and once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within about 24–72 hours for best taste and freshness. Vita Coco coconut waters undergo flash pasteurisation before packaging. This process ensures safety and shelf stability without needing added preservatives.
