Product Description Sesame Seed Oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years in India and is a very popular oil in the practise of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health system. Sesame seed oil is high in Vitamin E, B complex vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. It is naturally antibacterial and often used for common skin conditions such as common skin fungi and athlete's foot fungus. It is naturally antiviral and a natural anti inflammatory agent. Sesame oil is a powerful antioxidant, high in polyunsaturated fats and an excellent source of vitamin E and minerals. It is widely used in Asian cooking, for taste and flavour. Packaged in glass bottle to protect the contents from heat, light, oxidation and moisture. PRESSED FROM FRESH Our oils are pressed from this season’s fresh harvest of seeds, nuts and kernels, to retain quality potency and efficacy. DIRECTIONS For Internal & External Use. Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Can also be drizzled over a salad or blended into a smoothie. Massage externally into affected area daily. Store in a cool dark place, oil should be used within 6 months once it has been opened.
