Ther are 3 inches in length.Cinnamon is one of the worlds most popular herbs and is used in a huge variety of dishes around the world. It is used in baking and in sweet foods to liquers to drinks and is even used in the preparation of chocolate.CInnamon is not just limited to sweet foods, though. It is a surprisingly tasty addition to many savoury dishes. It has a sweet warming flavour, much of it coming from its fragrant natural oils. this makes Cinnamon a great addition to Sauces, soups and stews. It is one of the distinctive flavours in a tangine and works really well with lamb.
