Ingredients
cane sugar, rice flour, modified tapioca starch, cocoa processed with alkali, potato starch, emulsifier (rice starch, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, xanthan gum.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix with 1/2 cup of water and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. 3. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. 4. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Allow to cool before serving.
