Boiled Dal (53%)[Water, Chana Dal, Red Lentils, Toor Dal], Water, Spinach (14.7%), Tomato, Onion, Sunflower Oil, Garlic (0.8%), Salt, Coriander Powder, Coriander leaves, Cumin Seeds (0.2%), Ginger, Red Chilli Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala

Directions

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave: Tear open the pouch by 2cm from the notch and placing inside the microwave. Heat on full power for 2 mins. Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear the top to serve. Cooking on the Hob: Cut Pouch, empty contents into a pan and heat for 3-5 mins while stirring. Serve hot. Hot Water: Immerse the pouch in the boiling water for 3-5 mins. Tear open from the top to serve. For an authentic twist, add a touch of butter and 30ml of double cream and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. This dish is best serve with Indian Roti, Naan Bread, Paratha or Kohinoor Basmati Rice.
