Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu captures the unique aromas and flavours of this world-famous citrus fruit. Yuzus were indigenous to South East Asia. They are a hybrid of a mandarin and the ichang papeda, and have similar aromas and flavour notes to lemons. Japan is the largest global producer of Yuzus are producing over 27,000 tonnes every year. Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu is perfect to add an vibrant twist into lemonades, iced teas, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, orange juice from concentrate, acidifying agent: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavouring, thickening agent: pectin, preservative agent: potassium sorbate. Contains 45% fruit including 25% yuzu.

Directions

Mix 15 to 30 ml of concentrate to 100 ml of liquid depending on the recipe for cocktails, 30 ml for 100 ml of liquid for smoothies and milkshakes, or 15 ml for 100 ml of liquid for iced teas and lemonades. Serve according to preference (iced, on ice, etc.).
