The Chilli and Garlic One Pan Rice Meal is quick and easy to rustle up and makes a great family dinner. A succulent chicken and not-too-spicy rice dish. Just throw in your choice of crisp vegetables, simmer and drizzle in some tangy garlic and chilli sauce.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Seasoned Rice (57%): White long grain parboiled rice, maltodextrin, tomato powder, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, paprika extract, parsley, acidity regulator (citric acid). Cooking Sauce (42%): Tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, yellow pepper, onion, water, gartic puree (4%), salt, smoked red chili puree (3%) (chopped chilies, water, smoked dextrose, tomato paste, smoked salt, preservative (acetic acid), chili powder), sugar, natural flavourings, modified com starch, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, firming agent (calcium chloride), acidity regulator (citric acid), paprika extract.

Directions

1. Add 500g chicken, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, and 1 onion to the kit contents. 2. Mix well. 3. Cook for 20 minutes. 4. Serve.
