Spearmint is an aromatic herb from the mint family. It tastes similar to peppermint but is smoother and sweeter. It can also be used as an ingredient in baking, making chocolate sauces or infused with alcohol. It can make a very good iced tea both sweetened or unsweetened.

Directions

Steep one teaspoon of tea in a cup of hot water (95 to 100 deg C) for 5 to 6 minutes
