Ingredients

Turmeric root* (55%), cinnamon* (14%), liquorice*, ginger* (7%), cardamom*(3%), black pepper*, apple*, fennel*, mace*, cocoa shells*, cloves*

Directions

BREWING PREPARATION: Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7-9 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavour). Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.
