MONIN Lemon Tea concentrate captures the perfect balance between brewed tannins from black Ceylon Tea, fresh zesty lemons and sweetness. Iced tea was first served in 1904 at the St. Louis World Fair. This caused a huge increase in tea consumption. Today, over 50% of Americans consume tea on a daily basis, the majority of this in iced tea. MONIN Peach Iced Tea syrup is perfect mixed with still water over ice.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+10), natural tea flavouring, natural lemon-lime flavouring with other natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate. Lemon juice: 24%.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
