MONIN Tangerine syrup has the sweet juicy taste of this popular winter fruit. The tangerine, also known as a mandarin, is an orange or red coloured citrus fruit, similar to a clementine but with a slightly sourer taste. They are traditionally given and eaten at Christmas, as they harvested from November to January. Give cocktails, fruit punches and teas a winter twist and tantalise the taste buds with the juicy, sublet sweetness of MONIN Tangerine syrup.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, natural tangerine flavouring with other natural flavourings, acid: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445, colours: E160c, E161b. Total fruit juice: 16%, including 8% tangerine juice.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
