Ingredients

Yerba Mate,, Luisa herb, mint poleo guarana extract

Directions

Place 2 grams of yerba mate in a yerbatera or cup. Add hot (not boiling) water to the filled line. Let stand for 3-5 minutes. Shake lightly and enjoy your tea. If desired, you can add milk sugar.
